Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph a new addition to this couple’s family. A beautiful eight-week-old little girl. The father is older, and I had been enjoying photographing him and his wife loving on their new little girl. At the end of the session, he put her back into her seat and continued to play with her. It was then that I saw this framed.
For me, it instantly brought to light an awareness of time. An awareness of the distance in time between a parent and their child, and an awareness of how we spend and invest the quantity of time that we have.
