Paul Simon’s song, “Under African Skies,” is one that brings a smile to our faces. We’ve loved it for years, but never got around to making it a part of our repertoire until now. Although we struggle with some songs trying to find our own style and voice, this one came together quickly. The Graceland album is one of our favorites with a full range of stories and meaning. It is truly a collection of songs that grow out of the earth.

A Side of Taylors is a Cincinnati-based Americana/folk duo that consists of father-and-son Mason (15 years old) and Chris Taylor. They have been playing together over the past 6 years and are quite comfortable performing around fruits and vegetables as they cut their teeth doing gigs at local Farmer’s Markets. When joined by the rest of the family they quickly grow to six and combine sweet harmonies and warm emotions. Mason and Chris are passionate in developing as performers and songwriters and are grateful to share their journey with others.
