Here’s a song in celebration of the Halloween season. The idea came about by trying to imagine a fun ghost story for our home, Montgomery, Ohio, that would be told by the old men of the town. Montgomery quickly morphed into a harbor town with a small pub and a legend of a kissing ghost.

You may notice Mason fooling around with white tape on his finger. Wouldn’t you know it, he sawed through his nail when gathering firewood for the family while camping. He vows he was following knife safety rules and blames the mishap on being distracted by a ghostly kissing sensation on his left cheek.

A Side of Taylors is a Cincinnati-based Americana/folk duo that consists of father-and-son Mason (15 years old) and Chris Taylor. They have been playing together over the past 6 years and are quite comfortable performing around fruits and vegetables as they cut their teeth doing gigs at local Farmer’s Markets. When joined by the rest of the family they quickly grow to six and combine sweet harmonies and warm emotions. Mason and Chris are passionate in developing as performers and songwriters and are grateful to share their journey with others.
